This purpose built facility is designed for flexibility. With one main conference room, a lounge area and large outdoor deck, there are a number of ways that it can be utilised.

The Motiti Room
A large comfortable open space that you can setup however you wish. Fully equipped with HD Projection & sound system that is easy to use. The Motiti Room will comfortably seat 80-100 people. Impeccable service & thoughtful attention to detail makes The Deck at Papamoa Beach the ideal venue for a dynamic corporate event.
Equipped with a fireplace, 2x HD TVs and a sound system that is easy to use, this area is a fantastic multi-purpose room which can be used for break-out sessions, dining or simply relaxing! The Lounge can be opened up to to join the Motiti Room for extra space if required.
Opening out from The Lounge is the famous ‘Deck at Papamoa Beach’. Sun-drenched in the late afternoon, time at The Deck is spent with a view of the stunning Papamoa Hills while enjoying canapes, drinks & dinner or simply winding down after the day with colleagues before returning to your Beachfront or Garden accommodation.
